Bushels Of Love
Let’s help Hungry&
for the hungry
In 2008 Caleb Powelson at the age of 12 founded the Bushels Of Love Foundation. The foundation has devoted its energy to passionately advocating for children who are hungry and homeless that need our help.. Find out how you can contribute to the future of a child in need through donations of money, time or events.
Reach out and spread the word in your community to make a difference!
Our outreach team is active in getting involved with the community to raise money. One of our recent projects is the Redneck Run which is a 5k+ obstacle course challenge. The run will help raise money for food, clothing, purified water and things needed to assist children in need. Make your contribution now.
Locally, Nationally & Internationally,
Bushels Of Love is a vocal advocate for hungry and homeless youth. We travel to every corner of the globe to help children in need. Our Mission is to change the lives of children one Bushel at a time.
Hunger isn't seasonal, Malnutrition plays a role in at least 1/2 of the 10.9 Million deaths of children each year. On top of that awful statistic, there are 1.6 million children in the U.S that are homeless trying to survive. Please Donate so that we can help save lives!
In the US alone in 2013 Corn Farmers harvested over 14 Billion Bushels of Corn alone. On average a bushel of Corn is around $4.80 a bushel. This could be less or more depending on the year. As a person that grew up in the farming
community I know that Harvest is not only busy but exhausting and that's why we have made it easy for you to help. Bushels Of Love was created by a boy not only knows how hard you work but how big your hearts are. A bushel to you is small but to the starving children or the ones without homes, it could be the difference between the life and death. With your help, farmers could change the World in more ways than you already do!
